Fantastic experience from the moment we pulled up to check in. The valet gentleman were so nice letting us know we could park there or on the street and where on the street to park. Check in was quick thorough and professional. Room was spacious and clean with great a great view of the ocean. Wasn’t too noisy even being right on PCH. Location was good to a few restaurants but a few miles from the main drag. Not too far to walk as we only took an Uber once in 5 days. The restaurant at the hotel is very good with a great drink menu as well. All the staff in the restaurant and bar were so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and heated and the coffee at the front desk each morning was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

Picked this property out of all the others nearby. Was not disappointed at all. Quaint little hotel that has been in the same location since the 60’s. Completed a total makeover in 2016 which was nicely done. Fantastic restaurant on site and it was amazing. Loved this smaller sized hotel that exceeded my expectations in both amenities and service. Can’t wait to return and making plans already.

My wife and I celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary in Santa Barbara and stayed here. We have travelled extensively during the past few years, but this was the first time in America my wife, who worked at 5 star hotels in Bangkok, was genuinely impressed by the service on all levels: from the parking staff, front desk and restaurant. It was excellent on all levels.

Santa Barbara Inn ROCKS!
My first eve stay at the Santa Barbara Inn was absolutely OUTSTANDING! From the moment I arrived the valet parking TEAM were professional, engaging and prompt! The hotel room was nicely appointed, and the King Size bed was top shelf! For my two days in Santa Barbara, I ate all my meals in CONVIVO! The staff and food options were outstanding! Great wine list with may local wines featured! The restaurant manager Mark Jimenez engaged with all staff members and diners, and offered suggestions to customers that were well received and enjoyed! Breakfast, lunch and inner menu options were eye opening and terrific! The Margherita or Fungi pizzas were WOW good! The location across the street from the Pacific Ocean is wonderful!
