A fantastic hotel in Santa Barbara! On our arrival the guys in Valet service took our car and assured us the bags would be taken to our room after check in At the check in desk we were told our room wasn’t ready ( we were 3 hours early!!) but he gave us a card that allowed us access to the pool. He also explained dining and bar location. When our room was ready our bags were delivered as promised. The room was beautiful with a magnificent view directly on to the seafront and balcony to sit out of an evening to watch the word go by. Every member of staff we dealt with were happy, positive and a credit to the hotel. All in all our brief 2 day stay ended our California road trip perfectly.

We had such a great stay at the SBI. The property is beautiful, our room was a great size and very very nice, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more for your stay in Santa Barbara. | Liked: cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities.

A fantastic hotel in Santa Barbara. We arrive 3 hours before check in… no problem. The valet took our car and assured us that our cases would be taken to our room upon allocation… they were. Front desk … no problem, gave us a card the we could access the pool and explained where bar/ restaurant were. Our room… so good. Great king size bed, wonderful furnishings, superb bathroom. Plus views over the beach and ocean from a lovely balcony. Food from the restaurant … excellent. Do not hesitate just book it for the service you could desire.
