The rooms are clean, big and quiet. The staff is helpful and nice and the restaurant is fantastic.

Facility was exquisite. Rooms spectacular and the heated bathroom floors were a perk we weren’t expecting. Location is 5 stars, not too close, but not far away from anything. Walking distance to State Street. We did not want to leave and will definitely return!!

This is a real hotel, with all services one expects from a hotel. It is not one of the many motel/hotels one finds along the beach. Rooms are large and comfortable, and the entire property is in first class condition. Be sure to try the restaurant-great dining.

Prior to our arrival the hotel text me to let me know they were expecting us and to let them know if we need anything at arrival. Our room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The property is across the street from the beach and easy to get to and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Our experience was wonderful and we will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to Santa Barbara
