Great service. Wonderful, quiet room. The restaurant serves top quality cuisine and has a delightful patio with views of the ocean. Valet parking with speedy service. Will most definitely return.

It is a great location and the room was great. The Valet/Bus personnel were extremely helpful, quick and personable. Ask them for recommendations of restaurants! All staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is lovely but what stood out was that every single member of the staff was incredibly friendly! From the valet, to the person at the front desk, to the bartenders, to the restaurant staff and housekeeping! Happy employees make happy guest experiences. This Hotel stay during Old Spanish Days was absolutely Amazing. You feel like family here and Convivo is the anchor. ( Juan, Renee, The kind Hostess and Management as well as the CHEF's) were outstanding, happy, kind and helpful. Top notch food and fun. Its a mature Boutique hotel which I loved. Took my 82 year old mom and it was easy to get around for coffee, breakfast and the rooms were divine with class and coziness. Thank you Santa Barbara INN we will be back and we made beautiful memeories.

Great location, beautiful botique hotel away from central busy, but very close to everything. Highly recommend it. Dinner was also great at the hotel.
